Overview & Acceptance of Commercial Terms
This digital commerce portal (Zahcomputers.pk) is owned, registered, and operated by ZAH Computers, with flagship physical retail and showroom facilities situated at Techno City Mall, Hasrat Mohani Road, off I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi, Pakistan. Throughout this portal, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to ZAH Computers. ZAH Computers offers this website, including all computer hardware catalogs, PC builder utilities, custom quotation engines, customer support channels, and nationwide logistics fulfillment, conditioned upon your unconditional acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated herein.
By visiting our storefront, checking component compatibility, placing an order through Cash on Delivery (COD), direct online bank transfer, or visiting our physical outlets, you engage in our "Service" and confirm your agreement to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement"), including those additional guarantees, warranty frameworks, and store policies referenced herein or accessible by hyperlink (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and 7-Day Replacement Guarantee).
These Terms apply uniformly to all site visitors, individual PC gamers, enterprise workstation clients, institutional wholesale buyers, couriers, and content contributors. If you do not agree to the entirety of these terms, you are not authorized to use this website, place orders, or claim service provisions.
Online Store Terms & Capacity to Contract
1.1 By consenting to these Terms of Service, you explicitly represent that you have attained the age of majority in your province or territory (at least eighteen (18) years of age under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan), or that you possess legal adult status and have granted full supervisory authorization for minor dependents within your household to browse and place hardware orders under your direct responsibility.
1.2 You may not employ our computer hardware, trade marks, or quotations for any unauthorized, fraudulent, or illicit purpose, nor may you, in the utilization of our storefront, infringe upon any local, provincial, or federal statutes (including the Copyright Ordinance 1962, the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002, and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016).
1.3 You are strictly prohibited from transmitting or distributing destructive digital worms, viruses, bots, automated scrapers, or any code designed to disrupt our database, real-time inventory synchronization, or server operations.
1.4 Any confirmed breach, fraud, deliberate fake Cash on Delivery submission, or abusive conduct will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account, cancellation of pending shipments, and referral to relevant cybercrime authorities.
General Commercial Conditions & Service Reservation
2.1 We maintain the legal right to decline retail service, restrict hardware allocation, or cancel shipments to any person, commercial entity, or geographic location at our sole discretion, for any legitimate business, risk mitigation, or inventory protection reason.
2.2 You acknowledge that your submitted contact and order communications (expressly excluding bank account or payment credentials) may be transferred unencrypted over telecommunications carrier networks to facilitate telephone verification and courier dispatch. Direct bank receipts and electronic transaction data are perpetually safeguarded under standard secure protocols.
2.3 You agree not to copy, duplicate, resell, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any proprietary component photography, custom PC benchmark data, product descriptions, or digital assets without the express, formal written authorization of ZAH Computers.
2.4 Section headings and executive summaries within this Agreement are organized solely for structural clarity and do not limit or legally qualify the contractual clauses contained herein.
Information Accuracy, Catalog Specifications & Compatibility
3.1 While ZAH Computers implements rigorous editorial verification, computer component specifications (such as boost clock speeds, PCB revisions, VRAM types, cooler clearances, and power delivery phases) are subject to revision by foreign original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Content is provided for general consumer guidance. Customers are strongly encouraged to consult our expert hardware builders via live WhatsApp (0325-7033554) to confirm socket, BIOS, RAM clearance, and PSU wattage compatibility prior to purchase.
3.2 This storefront may feature archival product listings for legacy or discontinued graphics cards and processors. We reserve the continuous right to adjust catalog descriptions, technical specifications, and availability parameters at any time without mandatory prior announcement.
Modifications to Pricing, Currency & Service Discontinuance
4.1 All prices displayed on Zahcomputers.pk are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Due to international semiconductor market volatility, import customs duties, and foreign exchange (USD to PKR) fluctuations, component pricing is dynamic and subject to immediate adjustment without prior notice.
4.2 We reserve the right at any time to revise, suspend, or discontinue any product line, custom build bundle, or promotional offer without liability to you or any third party.
4.4 Technical & Pricing Errors: In the rare event that a high-end component (such as a GPU or processor) is listed at an inaccurate price due to technical synchronization errors, software glitches, or rapid foreign exchange revaluations, ZAH Computers reserves the absolute right to cancel the order prior to physical dispatch. The customer will be promptly offered the option to re-confirm at the verified price or receive an immediate 100% refund.
4.5 Pre-Dispatch Verbal Confirmation Rule: Placing an order online constitutes an "Offer to Purchase". Due to the high value of computer hardware, all orders are formally processed only after phone call or WhatsApp verification by our Karachi fulfillment team. If a customer remains unreachable across three (3) consecutive attempts over a 48-hour window, the order will be cancelled to release hardware allocation.
Product Authenticity, Official Brand Warranties & Used/Open-Box Hardware
5.1 Genuine Hardware Procurement: ZAH Computers is an established computer hardware retailer based at Techno City Mall Karachi. We source brand-new components (including CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, RAM, power supplies, liquid coolers, and monitors) through authorized national distribution channels and verified brand partners.
5.2 For brand-new hardware carrying an official brand warranty (such as Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, Corsair, DeepCool, Intel, AMD, Kingston, ViewSonic, etc.):
- Official Distributor Backing: Warranties are backed and serviced by the respective brand's authorized service centers and national distributors in Pakistan, supported by recorded component serial numbers.
- Warranty Duration Stated on Page: The exact warranty period (e.g. 10 Months, 1 Year, 3 Years, or Limited Lifetime) is explicitly specified on the front product page and recorded on your sales invoice.
- ZAH Claim Assistance: While manufacturer service centers make the ultimate repair/replacement decisions, ZAH Computers facilitates customer warranty submissions through our Techno City Mall flagship showroom for eligible warranty claims.
5.3 For pre-owned, imported, or open-box hardware (specifically gaming and productivity monitors featured at our GC-51 outlet):
- Pre-Dispatch In-Store Benchmarking: All open-box and used monitors undergo live screen testing, dead-pixel inspection, backlight bleed assessment, and port connectivity checks prior to sale.
- Checking Warranty: Unless an extended brand warranty is explicitly advertised, open-box and used monitors carry a dedicated 7 to 10-Day Checking Warranty from the date of handover.
- Physical In-Store Inspection: Walk-in customers at our GC-51 Techno City outlet are strongly encouraged to inspect display panels live on our testing bench before finalizing payment.
5.4 For all shipped orders, ZAH Computers provides a direct 7-Day Replacement Guarantee covering transit damage or dead-on-arrival (DOA) hardware defects, verified through your arrival unboxing video. Once this initial 7-day period concludes, the product transitions into its standard manufacturer warranty terms.
5.5 Packaging Artwork & Production Batches: Global hardware brands periodically update exterior packaging, bundled accessories, or sticker designs across manufacturing revisions. Variations in carton artwork do not constitute a defect, provided the underlying model, chipset, and specifications remain genuine.
Accuracy of Billing, Account Integrity & Order Verification
6.1 We maintain the right to restrict or cancel quantities purchased per customer, household, or consignment address. In the event of order modification or cancellation, our verification team will notify you via telephone, WhatsApp, or email utilizing the credentials supplied at checkout.
6.2 You agree to supply current, authentic, complete, and legally verifiable purchase information, including an operational Pakistani mobile number (capable of receiving SMS and WhatsApp verification) and complete doorstep physical address (House/Shop No., Street, Sector/Mohalla, Landmark, and City/Tehsil).
6.3 All return and replacement claims must strictly follow the procedural steps outlined in our 7-Day Replacement Protocol.
Optional Digital Tools & Third-Party Integrations
7.1 We may provide access to optional third-party utilities, including real-time courier tracking APIs (e.g. TCS, Leopards, Trax, PostEx) and live chat widgets, over which we maintain no underlying infrastructural ownership. Such tools are provided strictly "as is" and "as available".
8.1 Certain links on our platform may direct you to external manufacturer portals (e.g. Intel, AMD, Nvidia), driver download repositories, or third-party benchmark channels. ZAH Computers is not responsible for evaluating external website content, driver stability, or third-party representations.
User Reviews, Submissions & Personal Data Protection
9.1 If you submit custom PC build photos, benchmarks, unboxing videos, or customer reviews, you grant ZAH Computers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and publish such content across our storefront, social media, and build galleries.
9.2 We reserve the authority to moderate, redact, or delete submissions containing defamatory, abusive, profane, or commercially disruptive language.
10.1 Your submission of personal and commercial data through this storefront is rigorously protected and governed by our official Privacy & Data Security Policy, incorporated herein by direct reference.
Omission Corrections & Prohibited System Conduct
11.1 Occasionally, information on our portal may contain clerical errors relating to stock counts, power ratings, or shipping tariffs. We reserve the authority to rectify errors and update orders without prior liability, even subsequent to checkout submission.
12.1 You are strictly prohibited from utilizing the site or its infrastructure:
- For any unlawful commercial purpose or in furtherance of fraudulent procurement;
- To place fictitious Cash on Delivery consignments with fraudulent or unverified delivery addresses;
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or municipal e-commerce legislation;
- To scrape, harvest, or crawl our pricing database or component inventory using automated bots without written consent;
- To harass, defame, intimidate, or unlawfully discriminate against our operational or delivery workforce;
- To inject viruses, malware, or exploit software code affecting server integrity.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Hardware Liability Boundaries
13.1 We do not warrant that your browsing experience will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Service availability may be subject to routine server maintenance or ISP fiber disruptions beyond our administrative control.
13.4 All computer components are provided with their respective manufacturer warranty as stated on the product page. Outside of verified manufacturer warranties and our 7-Day Initial Replacement Guarantee, no auxiliary or unwritten warranties exist.
13.5 In no event shall ZAH Computers, its management, technical staff, or logistics partners be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost gaming tournament earnings, freelance project interruptions, data corruption, or operating system failures). Our total financial liability for any claim shall under no circumstance exceed the net transaction amount paid by the customer for the specific component in question.
Under standard hardware industry regulations in Pakistan, warranty coverage is unconditionally VOIDED in the event of:
- 13.6.1 Burnt ICs & Electrical Voltage Surges: Components with visibly burnt PCB traces, scorch marks, blown capacitors, or internal short-circuits caused by unstable grid power, substandard power supplies, or power surges.
- 13.6.2 Bent CPU Socket Pins & Physical Breakage: Bent motherboard CPU socket pins (LGA), broken processor pins (PGA), cracked PCB substrates, chipped GPU dies, cracked monitor panels, or shattered tempered glass side panels.
- 13.6.3 Liquid Damage & Corrosion: Oxidation, rust, or fluid residue resulting from custom liquid cooling loop leaks, high humidity, or external spills.
- 13.6.4 Tampered Seals & Flashed BIOS: Removal or defacing of manufacturer serial barcode stickers, warranty void stickers, unauthorized third-party repairs, or bricked motherboards/GPUs resulting from improper BIOS/firmware flashing.
- 13.6.5 Cryptomining & Abuse: Thermal breakdown or degradation resulting from extreme crypto-mining operations or continuous operation beyond manufacturer thermal thresholds.
- 13.6.6 Showroom Pick-up Protocol: 13.8 If a replacement product or serviced RMA component has arrived at our Techno City showroom and the customer fails to collect or accept dispatch within seven (7) business days of official notice, ZAH Computers disclaims responsibility for extended warehouse custody.
Indemnification, Severability & Entire Agreement
14.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZAH Computers, its owners, technical staff, and logistics partners from any third-party claim, liability, or legal fee arising from your breach of these Terms, unauthorized hardware overclocking/modifications, or violation of third-party rights.
15.1 If any provision within this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such clause shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16.1 The commercial liabilities of the respective parties accrued prior to the termination of a transaction shall survive the termination of this agreement.
17.2 These Terms, together with our published Storefront Policies, constitute the entire legal understanding between you and ZAH Computers, superseding all prior oral or written representations.
Governing Law, 14-Day Conciliation & Karachi Jurisdiction
18.1 These Terms of Service, retail transactions, and customer relationships shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Sindh Consumer Protection Act, 2014, the Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002, and the Contract Act 1872.
18.2 Prior to initiating any formal complaint or legal proceeding before the Sindh Consumer Protection Council, District Consumer Court, or judicial tribunal, the customer agrees to engage in a good-faith, informal conciliation process:
- The customer shall submit a detailed statement of grievance along with order invoice number and unboxing evidence to [email protected] or our executive WhatsApp line at 0325-7033554.
- ZAH Computers guarantees an executive review within two (2) to four (4) business hours, maintaining a mandatory fourteen (14) day conciliation window to resolve claims amicably via technical testing, replacement, or refund.
18.3 Exclusive Court Jurisdiction: Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal conciliation, the parties mutually submit to the exclusive commercial jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
19.1 ZAH Computers reserves the authority to revise these commercial terms at any time by publishing updated terms on this page. Continued engagement with our storefront constitutes formal acceptance of all revised terms.
Doorstep Delivery, Courier Unboxing Rules & Advance Freight Protocol
20.1 Sealed Parcel Handover Rule: Under the statutory operating regulations of certified Pakistani courier networks (TCS, Leopards, Trax, PostEx), delivery riders are third-party freight couriers legally prohibited from allowing consignees to open or inspect sealed parcels prior to collecting payment (for COD consignments) and obtaining a recipient signature.
20.2 100% Unboxing Video Protection: To provide complete peace of mind and protect against shipping discrepancies or transit handling accidents, ZAH Computers enforces an unconditional Unboxing Video Guarantee:
- Upon paying the courier rider and receiving the sealed parcel, record a continuous, unedited mobile video showing the intact outer flyer/box, shipping label with barcode, and the complete unboxing of the hardware.
- If any transit damage (such as a bent heatsink, dented chassis, or cracked monitor panel) or missing accessory is documented in the unboxing video and shared with our WhatsApp desk (0325-7033554) within 7 days, ZAH Computers immediately initiates a priority 100% replacement at zero additional product cost.
20.3 While ZAH Computers ships nationwide, certain distant tehsils in Upper KP, Balochistan, and Interior Sindh are designated as Out of Service Areas (OSA) where door-to-door rider deliveries are unavailable. In such instances, customers agree to collect the parcel from the nearest courier express center.
- 20.4 High-Value Components & Custom PC Builds: For complete custom gaming PC builds, liquid-cooled rigs, or individual high-value items (such as dedicated GPUs exceeding PKR 30,000 or gaming monitors), ZAH Computers requires a nominal advance deposit covering round-trip logistics insurance and custom assembly prior to dispatch.
- 20.5 Advance Retention on Arbitrary Refusal: Once a custom gaming PC has been built, benchmark-tested, and handed over to the courier, the advance deposit is non-refundable. If the customer arbitrarily refuses acceptance upon doorstep arrival without valid justification, the advance is forfeited to compensate for two-way insured courier freight and disassembly overheads.
- 20.6 Courier Transit Contingencies: Operational delays resulting from highway closures, security checks, fuel strikes, or weather events represent third-party carrier contingencies for which ZAH Computers provides live tracking intervention but disclaims indirect financial liability.
